Sensei Performance Training LLC (“SPT,” “we,” “us”) runs sptflorida.com. This page explains what information the site collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Booking and contact requests. When you send a request through our form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your preferred days and times, any notes you add and, if the person training is under 18, their age. We also record that you agreed to be contacted.
- Messages and calls. If you email, call or text us, we receive what you send and your contact details.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting and network providers automatically receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request so the site can load and stay secure. The site may also use cookies that it needs in order to work.
Please do not put medical details in the request form. We collect health and consent forms separately, before training begins.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, schedule consultations and sessions, provide training and run our business. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages without your permission.
Who sees it
We share information only with the services that help us run the site and our business: our website host (WP Engine), our email, phone and calendar tools (Google Workspace and Google Voice) and our domain and network provider (Cloudflare). We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect people’s safety.
Calls and texts
When you check the box on our form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text, or tell us, and we will stop texting you.
Children
Our training is for ages 12 and older. A parent or guardian should send requests and complete forms for anyone under 18. The site is not meant for children under 13. If a child under 13 has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@sptflorida.com. We keep requests only as long as we need them to respond and to keep our business records.
Other sites and changes
Our site links to other sites such as Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps, which have their own privacy practices. We may update this page and will post the new date at the top.
